Benton Harbor, Mich., (November 21, 2023) — Cornerstone Alliance, the lead economic development organization in Berrien County, is proud to announce the promotion of Zach Vaughn to the position of Director of Business Growth. In his new role, Vaughn will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining businesses in the Berrien County region.

Zach Vaughn, a Benton Harbor native, joined Cornerstone Alliance in August 2019 as the Project Manager of Physical and Business Development. A distinguished graduate of the University of Michigan, Vaughn has been an integral part of the organization, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication to the economic development of the region.

As Director of Business Growth, Zach Vaughn will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new businesses to the area, as well as retaining and supporting the growth of existing businesses. His role will play a vital part in shaping the economic landscape of Berrien County and ensuring its long-term prosperity.
