BOULEVARD INN AND BISTRO RENOVATIONS CELEBRATED WITH RIBBON CUTTING

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. (July 26, 2024) - Cornerstone Alliance is excited to celebrate The Boulevard Inn's recent renovations, marking a new chapter for this beloved establishment. The ribbon cutting ceremony, which highlights the successful completion of a $3.5 million refresh, will be held on Wednesday, July 31, at 11:00 AM at 521 Lake Boulevard, St. Joseph, MI. 

Owner Mark Whitwam, Tyler Whitwam and their team have led this transformative project, reaffirming The Boulevard Inn's place as a premier destination with stunning views of Lake Michigan. The extensive renovations, which wrapped up in May, enhance guest experiences through updates to all guestrooms and public areas.

The revitalization project, overseen by Kris Custer of New Look Renovations, involved a collaborative effort with Architect Josh Wilcox and Interior Designer Sara Mrkvica of GBA Architects. Their work has modernized the inn’s amenities while preserving its classic charm. Key updates include a new 'Market' in the lobby for added guest convenience and various infrastructure improvements designed to enhance overall comfort.
