If your firm is interested, please submit your technical proposal and cost proposals. The cost proposal must be submitted as a separate attachment.
Your proposal must include and will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Past Performance including timeliness, quality of work and backlog of pending projects.
- Past Experience, including past development of spec building projects.
- Proposed development team with their proposed level of engagement and qualifications.
- Proposed construction schedule.
- Proposed Cost.
This RFP in no way obligates Cornerstone Alliance to award a contract, nor does it commit Cornerstone Alliance to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal.
