Rob Cleveland is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Alliance. A Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) by the International Economic Development Council, Rob has led Berrien County's lead economic development organization since 2015. Rob orchestrated the creation of a five-year Strategic Plan focusing on attracting new business; creating jobs; retaining and growing the region’s existing business base; helping new business start-ups; and fundraising.

Rob has a solid and successful background in both economic and community development where he was Director, Economic Development and Community Relations, for Indiana Michigan Power (American Electric Power), as well as Executive Director for Blackford County Economic Development in Hartford City, Ind. Rob spent the first eight years of his career working as a Video Coordinator for the Indiana Pacers (NBA) and as Public Relations Specialist for Andretti Autosport.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ball State University. Rob and his wife, Susan, live in St. Joseph with their three children.
