Jon Werme

Jon Werme is Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking for Huntington Bank. His client base and business development efforts are focused on Middle Market businesses, primarily in Southwestern Michigan.

Born and raised in the Kalamazoo area, Jon earned his BA in Business and Economics from Hope College and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. After beginning his banking career in the Detroit area in 1988, Jon has spent the past 31 years serving the banking industry and raising his family in Southwest Michigan. Over the years Jon has served on numerous community boards and committees. Along with his position as a Cornerstone Alliance Board member, Jon currently Chairs the Board for Kalamazoo Neighborhood Housing Services.

In addition to family time with his wife Patti and their three grown children (plus two daughters-in-law and two grandchildren), Jon enjoys outdoor activities including golf and summers at the lake.
